This Sunday night at 7:00 Pacific on LuxuriaMusic, Randy Wong of the contemporary exotica combo Waitiki is Tothar's special interview guest on The Beyondophonic Action Hour!

Waitiki is currently touring what amounts to a 2008 summer Tiki festival circuit: Wassermusik this weekend in Berlin, and in August, the Hot Rod Hula Hop in Columbus, and Tiki Oasis in San Diego. In addition to some of his favorite recordings by past exotica masters, Randy will share Waitiki tunes -- both live and unreleased rarities and cuts from Waitiki's CDs. Randy will discuss the history of his band, the exotica genre itself, plus give some sneak peeks into what Waitiki has planned for the Columbus and San Diego shows. Mix up a Mai Tai and dim the lights!

The first annual Los Angeles Home Tiki Bar Tour is a go!
