Sugar Loaf NY in Orange
County and which borders on NJ and is about 35-40 minutes from
NYC.
Is the home of a cool new
record store
The store is vinyl only and
focuses on new vinyl as opposed to used. Right now it is 65/35 mix new
to used with my sights set on 80/20 new to used by Xmas. The used will
be mainly high quality and rare in most cases and the new comprised of
a broad mix with special focus on Sound Libraries, Funk, Soul,
Exotica, Lounge, Soundtracks, Reggae and Jazz along with the
prerequisite classic catalog of Rock, Pop, Punk, Post-Punk and Blues
and Disco.
It is a small store which only has space for about 4000 records at any
given time so records are selected with care.
I also carry turntables from
REGA, Technics and Audio Technica along with phono carts, styli and
various turntable accessories.
The store is owned and run
by long time Tiki fan and mug designer
